The mainstream sites picked it up before I was called to the news two days ago. Did you know it fell down?
If not, Mushoku Tennessee was originally banned from billiards due to a "moral lack." But Chinese anime fans felt the sting of the bill, and apologizing was not enough.
They realized that this was not the real culture.
The statement was:
'Respect is the cornerstone of the community and the basic guiding principle for the bill's operation. It includes respect for users, content creators, different genders, interest groups, cultural circles."- Bilibili.
That conversation is still going on, and things are getting worse for Billy. A streaming site in China that goes from being an anime pirate to a legitimate business.
Domestic boycott
As shared by South China Morning Post:
- Bilibili removes Mushoku Tennessee: Unemployed reborn after being accused of insulting women over 'soft 18+' content
- After the company banned the popular user show, many domestic brands pulled their ads from the video streaming platform.
Of course, we know a lot about it, but the interesting thing is how it is treated.
I mean, in the Chinese anime industry, there are:
- Normal anime
- Fan service
- Aichi
- And then hentai
And yet Mushoku Tensei has been accused of being 'soft' 18+. Which in itself is a radical and exaggerated statement.
No less, people are not ashamed. And lost it completely in terms of logic or logic.
Mushoku is considered to be tense and pedophilic
South China Morning Post:
I'm not sure about the anime, but I heard from the mild novel that MC is in CP. Which is up. So I'm with them at that point.
As for the Chinese anime, the MC is clearly somewhat distorted, but it's not uncommon outside of the anime amount of similar anime.
But the question remains:
Does the Mushoku Tensy Stream justify abolishing culture?
I'm really curious.
I think canceled culture is designed to be worthy of justice, but today it is toxic, serves no real purpose, and tends to be a wimpy teen with a crowd mentality and big powers on the internet.
Or the type of person who is 'awake' and pretends to be righteous.
China seems to be the only place where these accusations and extreme outrage are celebrated for Mushoku Tensei.
